Processing at Our End:

Once your order has been place, you will receive an email confirmation from us.
All orders are usually processed within the same day (if orders are in by 2pm). However, we do usually ask to allow 24 hours for us to process your order, get it sent out and get Tracking Number to you.!

In the extremely unlikely event that the shipment time was unexpectedly delayed for any reason. You will be contacted right away.!

Shipment Time with Courier:

Australian Customers:
All of our orders are shipped with Australia Post and an Australian Post Tracking Number will be provided to you. So you can track your package every step of the way. Australia Post Estimates between 2 - 6 Business Days for you package to be Delivered (Metro Areas) *May be longer for Rural Areas.

USA Customers:
All of our orders are shipped with FedEx and a Tracking Number will be provided to you. So you can track your package every step of the way. FedEx Estimates between 2 - 7 Business Days for you package to be Delivered (Metro Areas) *May be longer for Rural Areas.

Express Post Options.
We understand what its like waiting for deliveries in the Mail. So if you would like an express post option, we can sometimes help with this too. This will add additional shipping costs - please contact us about any questions regarding express or faster post options).
