Heritage RC Construction's Refund Policy
All the products that Heritage RC Construction sends to its customers are 100% legitmate machines, these are not replicas, fakes or other brands.!

In the unfortunate event that any of our products are broken or damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive the item. That way we can fix any issues right away.!

Refunds
​
Heritage RC in unable to give refunds due to a change in mind, or simply just not wanting the product anymore. However, please contact us if this is the case, as we can quite often help with solutions for these circumstances.

Conditions to be eligible for a Refund:
In order to be eligible for a refund, there are several conditions required to be fulfilled, note that a refund is only possible in case of a fault(s) or broken part that is unable to be fixed.

- Damaged Item/Broken Parts
(This is VERY RARE - But can happen during Transport or an occasional manufacturers error):

If any of our products you receive from Heritage RC Construction are broken or damaged in anyway, please contact us as soon as you receive the item. That way we can fix any issues right away.!
​
We would just request some photos and maybe a short video of the broken parts, that way we can understand what's going on, diagnose the problem, and Heritage RC Construction will send you all the Replacement Parts needed to get your machine perfect again.!!!
​
You will also receive a personal Phone, Video or Facebook Consultation with one of the owners or machine technicians at Heritage RC Construction to help you step by step to replace the broken part/s once you have received them.
We must be notified with 14 days of receiving your item that there is a fault(s), broken, or damaged part. If we do not receive any notification within 14 days, we are unable to send replacement parts or replacement parts would be at the customers expense.

IF neither of the above can be achieved, we will send a new item (exact same model) to you, upon return of the faulty item.
The faulty item must be returned to us within 14 days after arrival. If we do not receive the item or the tracking number for the item within 14 days, then No Refund can be given.

Shipping fees of any returned products is up to the customer. Heritage RC Construction will not cover any shipping fees of returned or re-returning items.
​
Please note it may take up to 14 days to receive replacement parts, after diagnosis of broken/faulty parts and these have been discussed with you. You will be provided with a Postal Tracking Number for the replacement parts, as soon as they have been shipped.

- Cancel Order before postage
​
Please contact us ASAP so that we can cancel your order before the product is shipped to you. After the product is shipped, we are unable to issue a refund.

Contact Us before Return:
​
If for any reason you have a problem with package that has been delivered, please contact us before returning the item. A refund will not be given, even if you return the item without contacting us.
